With Horizon Networks support plans, your business will be covered 24/7 for most of Southern Ontario! We understand how important it is to stay connected to your company and your customers. As a result, we offer four different levels of Customer Support packages, with annual contracts available to ensure you never miss a call!
Our first level is the Full Support Plan, which allows for 24/7 coverage and 2 hour emergency service response. In addition, all part and labour are included, as well as all service and remote Admin Support. The Full Support plan will allow you to enjoy a 15% discount on the purchase of any additional equipment. The experienced team at Horizon Networks will perform an annual cleaning of all sets of equipment.
Our second level is the Standard Support Plan, which also allows for 24/7 coverage and a 2 hour emergency service response. We will repair or replace any defective equipment, and offer a 10% discount on the purchase of any additional equipment. Lastly, you will have reduced labour rates for all service requirements.
Our third level is the Standard Material and Labour Plan/ This provides a 2 hour emergency service response, standard labour rates for all service requirements and a 10% discount on the purchase of any additional equipment.
Lastly, we offer the option of Pre-Paid Packages of Service and Support Hours. Pre-paid packages of 10, 20 and 40 hours are available at a reduced rate and can be applied to all required system support requirements for either telecom or data plans.
